Everbuild EVBEVFIRE quick setting one-part polyurethane foam with fire retardant properties. The foam expands on application to up to 50 times its original volume and meets the extremely stringent requirements of DIN 4102 Part 1 for Construction Materials; Class B and BS476 Part 20 (1987) where fire ratings of 30 mins to 3.5 hours are achievable.
Once cured, the foam can be cut, sawn or plastered over after only one hour providing the working temperatures (can and surfaces) are between +5 to +25oC, ideally 20oC.
Gun operated and is ideal for filling gaps around pipe entries through fire rated walls, to provide a fire rated seal around window and door frames, electrical wire chasing prior to plastering, where a fire rating is required, deep joints prior to applying sealant or plaster also irregular gaps in stone, brick, concrete or plaster.
For insulating behind cladding to exterior walls, behind soffit and barge boards and even in automotive applications.

Champion Timber shall not accept on return for credit any goods ordered from Champion Timber incorrectly or subsequently found to be surplus to the customer’s requirements. The suitability of specialist goods is assumed to have been assessed by the customer or his/her advisor(s) prior to purchase. Champion Timber shall endeavour to assist customers where possible by accepting at a reasonable restocking charge the return of goods (together with the original packing if applicable) which are from Champion Timber normal stock lines but goods ordered from the manufacturer cannot be accepted without Champion Timber prior agreement for the return and Champion Timber restocking charges having been paid. In any event, credit cannot be given unless the customer provides Champion Timber with the number of the invoice on which the goods were supplied.
