We can machine any profile in most timber species to match your exact requirements or existing patterns. Either by modifying our extensive range of stock profiles to your exact specification or by creating a new profile using our own in-house modern hi-tech milling facilities.

This means that we can accurately produce any complex architectural timber profile such as a traditional Victorian skirting, or even just a single length of planed timber that is needed to a precise finished size.

GOING THE EXTRA MILE

As an extra service. If you order your specially machined timber with us we will preserve and store the machine cutter blades for you FREE for 12 months – in case you need to order again, guaranteeing continuity, quality and without the cost of reproducing the cutters.

WHAT WE NEED

All we need is a detailed drawing or a physical sample of what you require, choose what species you require and leave the rest to us. Simply email [email protected], call us or pop into any of our 10 branches for a competitive and accurate free quotation. The minimum order is just 1.8mtrs but we can competitively quote for bulk machining and large projects, and orders are normally ready for collection or delivery in 4 working days
