About Our Decking, Fencing & Landscaping Fixings

Range of Landscaping Screws for fixing decking joists or landscaping products together. Varying from wide overlaying washer heads, for heavily weathered areas where a high chance of rust is present. All the way to camo screws for use in conjunction with composite decking where a hidden fastening system is required.

Alternative to the traditional Coach screws mainly used for timber-to-timber applications. Coated with a patented multi-layer corrosion-resistant plating this screw is ideal for outdoor applications. Hex drive for accurate driving and no cam-out. Pre-drilling is usually not required, use high torque low revs. Thin Shank for Reduced Wood-Split.

Galvanised coatings prevent oxidation of the protected metal to create a longer-lasting finish. It does this by forming a barrier and by acting as a sacrificial anode if this barrier is damaged. Galvanising is a plating that (in contrast to iron oxide) does not trigger a breakdown of the substrate's surface integrity as it is formed. The galvanising, if left intact, can act as a barrier to further oxidation, in a way similar to the protection afforded to aluminium and stainless steel by their oxide layers.
